 • Represented a contractor in a dispute regarding the invalidation of a unilateral termination of a construction contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure.

 • Successfully defended a contractor in litigation concerning the recovery of an unlawfully seized bank guarantee and compensation for damages caused by the contracting authority’s unlawful actions.

Bankruptcy and Subsidiary Liability

 • Defended the interests of a shareholder in bankruptcy proceedings, including the resolution of issues related to the imposition of subsidiary liability on the founder of an insolvent company.

Corporate Disputes

 • Represented a shareholder in disputes over the invalidation of general meeting resolutions and the cancellation of registration actions, successfully preventing unlawful obstruction of the company’s activities.

 • Successfully represented a Bank in a dispute aimed at removing obstacles to the use of real estate, which resulted in the eviction of a company from unlawfully occupied premises.
