Dmytro specializes in comprehensive support of tenderers and customers in the field of public procurement (preparation of a tenderer’s proposal, providing recommendations on the terms of tender documentation for customers, etc.). He has successful experience in appealing the terms of tender documentation and decisions of customers to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and restoring the rights of procurement participants. Dmytro also has many years of experience in conducting public procurement procedures as an authorized person of the customer, has successful experience in passing inspections of the State Audit Office and in providing responses to requests from law enforcement agencies (Prosecutor’s Office, Security Service of Ukraine, National Police) regarding public procurement.
