This includes both the development and implementation of individual defense strategies adapted to the specifics of business activities, and the possibility of mediation. Represents the client’s interests in interaction with law enforcement agencies. Has successful cases in courts of all instances.

Won a case in the Cassation Criminal Court, according to the decision of which the client was sentenced to probation instead of actual imprisonment. Analyzed and exposed systemic violations of state building codes by a nationwide network of shopping centers, initiated an inspection by the relevant authorities, as a result of which the business entity was held accountable. In a video conference mode, the case against the defendants who are abroad was closed. …
